• Governing Law & Jurisdiction : These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or related to this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Mumbai, India.
• Arbitration Clause
• Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of use of our website and/or purchase with us and/or any engagement with us is subject to the laws of India. Parties shall attempt to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days.

• Intellectual Property Rights: All content, software, designs, and trademarks associated with MeditrackPG are the intellectual property of Medimation Education Private Limited.
• User Obligations:

• Use the platform solely for academic purposes
• Provide accurate information on the platform
• Do not engage in unauthorized access or misuse
• Do not share sensitive or privileged information
